Shipping Rates and Schedule

Orders are made and shipped within 1-3 business days of us receiving them. We will notify you via email when your order has shipped and include a tracking number.

​US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
  • Our Standard/Default US Domestic Shipping method is USPS First Class Mail and should take approximately 5-8 business days once it departs our design studio
  • Expedited / Rush US Domestic Shipping will take approximately 2-4 business days once it departs our design studio and is shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx/UPS.

​INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • Our Standard/Default International Shipping method is USPS First Class Mail International which will usually take approximately 10 Business Days (2 weeks from the day it is shipped from our design studio) to most countries but can sometimes take up to 4 weeks if the package is held by your country's Customs Office. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee International shipping times and are not responsible for how long it takes due to individualized Customs holding policies per country. Contact your local Customs Office for specific details regarding Customs holding procedures and duration.
  • Due to everchanging protocols and safety procedures due to COVID-19 prevention, we have found that several International Customs Departments have been randomly holding packages for up to 8-10 weeks for "quarantine" before being released to the final destination. This is a random procedure and unfortunately it is simply a matter of waiting when this happens.
  • If you have already placed an international order and are tracking your shipment, please understand that once we ship a package and it has been received by Customs, it is then in the hands of Customs and we are unable to assist with tracking or knowing the delivery date. Please contact your local Post and Customs Office to inquire as to when they will release it for shipping to your destination.
  • ​Expedited / Rush International Shipping will take approximately 4 business days and is shipped via DHL Express International or UPS.
