All of our Juzu are handmade and we are human... Sometimes beads have a sharp edge that gets by our watchful eyes, or sometimes things may just not be what you expected. If you find that you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we can discuss the circumstances and options regarding a return or exchange. However, please keep in mind that if your Juzu breaks and it shows the telltale signs of rubbing, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds in those situations because on our website we repeatedly encourage customers to read our Juzu Care Guide and to not rub their Juzu.
Also, we do ask you to please make sure to double check the size measurements of the Juzu you are considering BEFORE placing your order so that we can avoid unnecessary fees shipping the Juzu back and forth. If you are unsure of which size to order it is highly recommended that you measure your current Nichiren Juzu so that you can choose a size which is most similar. If you do not currently have Nichiren Juzu, you should measure a friends Juzu for reference, or you can cut a string or thin rope and tie it in a loop to the measured Juzu circumference from our website. Then hold the string/rope between your hands as though you were holding Juzu to see which length you prefer. If those options are not available to you then please contact us and we can help you choose the best size for you.
